Is there an option besides LH Specialist and RH Specialist to make sure the computer puts in the right pitcher in certain situations of the game depending on the lineup makeup? For example, if a team has 3 lefties coming up to bat in the 8th inning of a close game, is there a way to make sure your left handed setup man goes in instead of your right handed setup man if they're both designated as Setup A? Or if a lineup is 6-to-3 right handed hitters-to-left handed hitters to make sure that the computer puts in your right handed long reliever in the early or middle innings if your starter gets rocked instead of your left handed long reliever if they're both designated as Long A?

Yea sure!  Its called Mopup!  I don't think they would ever get to that point because the other bullpen roles still have so many kinks in them. 

I don't know of a way to make sure of that, but I do believe if you have multiple fully-rested pitchers available, it does take into consideration their handedness when selecting who will come in.

There is nothing you can do to influence this process.

But mattedesa is right, at least if the following from the Knowledge Base (article 36) is correct:

The A/B designation is an additional control for setting pitcher usage. An A designation will almost always be used before a B designation of the same role, e.g. if you have one pitcher set to Setup A and another set to Setup B, the Setup A would receive priority in a setup situation. If both pitchers are set to A, then the SimManager will decide who to use based on the situation (opposing righties/lefties, pitcher fatigue, etc.).
