Based on my current team who should I be starting? Any tips on how to get the most out of my players development.

Just quick glance, I would be starting Myers over Galloway, but you are winning so it's hard to argue what you are going is wrong.  15 wins for your first season is a good amount, plus you are giving yourself a chance in the conference tourney.  Quick question though; did you offer Myers playing time or starts?  Because he is losing WE points.  He seems like he has a change to be decent in the future (better than Galloway) so if you did promise make sure you are fulfilling those promises.

Hey Jaymc, yeah I did promise Myers that he would play and I have quickly learned that you have to make sure to fulfill the promises. How does winning effect player development? What's your opinion on game strategy. I like to press and put pressure on the other team.

Winning does not impact player growth or development .. starts and playing time do (and WE).  Higher WE means players grow at a faster maximum  rate.  More playing time and more starts maximize the rate to the WE limit.

Alright, I am really struggling with setting up my depth chart with this team. I have 2 really good players, a good player and then 9 others that are blah. Can anyone help me?
