Player can not be assigned Topic

I have a player that can not be assigned to any level.  story line is he was dfa'd prior to going to arbitration, he cleared waivers. subsequently he was assigned a salary.  He is now awaiting assignment but as he was DFA's i can not assign him to majors.  Due to his contract status i can not assign him to minors. i can not re- waive him as he has already cleared waivers. Result is I have a player I can not assign anywhere.
Please help.  I am in Sweet Lou League, Boise and Coc Lennon is the player.  Thanks you. Don G. (dcg56)

Copy this and paste it into a ticket. You have a MUCH better chance at getting this resolved quickly if you do that.
