I have suggested this and also combining username accounts for those of us who "changed" a user name in the past and would like our history and records to reflect NT's and w/l records.

CS has done it for me.....just provide them with a good reason....if you don't have one make one up.

One guy used his anniversary in his name and then got divorced.   He told CS he wanted to throw up every time he thought of his wife and if they didn't change his name he was going to stop playing.
