After losing three in a row 2 out of 3 which I should not have lost and the one I should have I went into ot. I'm beginning to wonder what I'm doing wrong with this Letourneau team. I thought about playing with my distro numbers but don't wanna screw it up to bad. And I already promised a start to Haycraft instead of Hawkins so that's that. I know my team Is bad I have 6 freshman I'm just trying to figure out some of those losses. Any help would be appreciated .

Honestly what you are at right now is pretty much expected.  This is your first season so it will be rough especially with 6 freshmen as IQ is super important.  As usually Ill point out that you want to focus recruiting more ath/spd/def in your players.  As guys like Hawkins are never going to be able to contribute to any sort of good team.  6 defense is an absolute killer.  At D3 you want to at least hit 45 ath/spd to even have a chance at being a tourney team and if you notice the top teams are 55-60 team ath/def meaning the majority of your players should have defense in that range.  You can get away with defense in the 20's if they have elite speed like 80+.  But generally try to keep defense above 40.  Similar with ath and speed at least in your guards.

Take a look at top teams in your world and look and their ratings you want to try and recruit guys like that.  Hopefully you know about FSS and potentials as well as WE.
