What is the benefit, if any, of being ranked in the Top 25?
Does it help with prestige and reputation? Recruiting?

im not sure about that, it definitely was part of NT seeding but i think seble took it out when he redid it. im not sure if its a part of prestige or job resumes. i think those answers should be in the knowledge base though.

the variables that determine top 25 correlate with the variables that determine the projection report - in part.  So, it is indicative of what that number will be - in part.

I think being ranked has a small effect on prestige and a small effect on job resume.

I don't think it's very, very small....I;ve had a couple deep runs in the NT but ended up not ranked (or ranked low) and have not received the prestige boost I expected.
