All right I am tired of everyone using the same players all the time.. So what each person could only pick one truly impactful player? That should make things interesting to say the least. Here are the rules.. You can only have one player with a Salary of over 7.5 million. Now let's get out there and do something different!
Cap is 48 million,
No rookies, waiver wire, AND no clones

I am hoping the restriction will cause a more variety of teams as well as letting you use pretty much whomever you want with a lower cap

I think the cap is too high. It should be like 47 or 48 or you'll just have everyone taking a 15M Wilt and still having 37M to put other pieces together. A lower cap allows for a larger varience of guys in the 8-10M range. 

Hmm.  I'm in.  I think this could be fun to play with.

Think I should lower the cap? Thats do able still. But I thought 52 million made you still able to use anyone you want but it still may be possible with a lower cap

I'd do this - think a slightly lower cap (48m?) might be better

clones available?  I feel like the 7.5mill requirement is way too high with clones.  For example:

01-02 Shaq is 7.1 mill
06-07 Shaq is 2.6 mill
That's 3600+ minutes of pure sim GOLD.

Also:

94-95 Worm is 3.9 mill
95-96 Worm is 4.7 mill
That's 3600+ minutes of pure sim GOLD and is someone you see all the time.

If you limit clones, you at least make people use some different guys.

Either way, my interest is piqued.  I think the league would be better with no clones.
