Anyone have an idea at what game in the early season Damp Effect stops?
I have noticed at some point in the early season, pitchers all nose dive to fatigue levels. I assume it is when the Damp comes off.

Dampening holds on for 15 games; in game 16 it's all gone, but the effect does become smaller as you approach the cutoff.
