I have been playing a long time, and have never really incorporated internationals into my recruiting plan. I have a lot of the valuable posts on here saved regarding recruiting, playing etc but nothing really addressing this topic. Could someone post a link if it exists? I know it's probably a redundant topic but any advice would help. I am more curious as to how do you manage the spending? From a Dll perspective do you send one scouting visit, then close them with calls/letters? Seems like you could blow thru a ton of cash trying to scout say 4-6 players? Any help appreciated.

They are expensive at D2.....I generally avoid them unless they are close.....I'll send a ST or two and then use calls, letters , and promises.

Make sure they are pretty good to begin with.  Send a scouting trip or two.  Hope you get good news with evaluations.  Send a campus visit and scholarship offer.  That's 3k and plenty affordable at d2
