If you are looking for a non BCS conference in which one can accomplish something, consider the Ivy in Phelan.  A bunch of human coaches.  8th in conference RPI in current season.

Really nice roster returning at Columbia, okay rosters at other open spots, good bunch of coaches.

Come to Old Ivy!  Your imaginary kids get free imaginary tuition.....
