Let me know if there is a better place to put this...
Was reviewing my roster before opening day, and I have a few low control SP's. I was thinking (ala my Atlanta Braves in the 90's), what about being able to partner / tie a catcher to a SP. For example, I have one SP that has sub 50 control and on his day, the defensive C automatically gets the start. If a RP with high control comes in later on, there could be a setting to sub for the better hitting C (or not if that is the price you pay). I understand I can manually do that now, but that would be 32 lineup changes per season and I'd have to put the C into both RHP and LHP lineups.
It would be interesting!
