Sometimes you plan your days off (real life) to use as recruiting time for WIS a hobby.  You then must work longer hours and miss depth charts for your first exhibition game.  Or you take a family vacation, or just stay off your tech for a few days, you end up not getting depth charts made.

Minor tweek to game play for exhibitions that even if a incoming recruit is not listed on a depth chart, he will get at least a couple minutes of exhibition play minutes.

I would love to see recruits show up on your team roster as soon as they sign. It would address this issue even better, in my humble opinion. Though I have no clue how hard it would be to implement what I suggested or something close to it.
