All-Time Basketball Assoc. Season 21 (1987-88)
ATBA is a single season progressive Basketball league entering its 21st season.
We're nearing the end of Regular Season 20 (1986-87) schedule and will soon
be ready to begin drafting for Season 21 (1987 rookie draft). 
It's a well organized progressive with some great long term owners. 
The draft is my favorite aspect of the league and we need two new owners.

TEAM ONE AVAILABLE TAKEN
Cincinnati current record 10-52  -  Central Division
Currently have the worst record in the league and will draft no lower than
4th overall and a very good chance at the 1st overall pick in the
1987 rookie draft.
New owner needs to be patient because the talent on this team is thin.
The coming draft is flush with top notch perimeter players.  Something
this team can really use.
Current roster:
PG:  Frank Johnson - nice bench player
SG: Michael Cooper - shut down defender (rating 90) & shoots treys
SG: Randy Wittman - good scorer 47.8 efg% & 14.4 ast%
PF/SF: Ben McDonald - Can start this coming season and fill the position for now
PF/C: Mychal Thompson -  Still a great role player who will score 51.2 efg% & 11.2 off reb%
 C: Bill Cartwright -  can score 54.0 efg%.  Doesn't play much defense or rebound.  A nice player
 C: Ralph Sampson - Once a dominant player in the league. Can Rebound 20.5 Def Reb% & Defend (52)


TEAM TWO AVAILABLE - TAKEN
Cleveland Crusaders current record 42-20 - Central Division
Currently the #3 overall Eastern Conference playoff race

A team built to last.  Has one championship with this current nucleus and has
been a strong championship contender the past 5 seasons.  The current owner
has done a brilliant job building this team and there are still 3 or 4 competitive
seasons in this current roster.
 
Current Roster:
Terry Cummings:  Has been a superstar player in this league. 4 solid seasons left
Rolando Blackman:  Part of a great backcourt tandem.  3 good seasons left
Maurice Cheeks:  Arguably the best PG in the league.  3 solid seasons left
David Greenwood: Good bench player.  PF/SF
Artis Gilmore: last year of a stellar career.  Bench player now.
Jon Koncak:  Can play the post.  Still some decent years left
Eddie Johnson:  Will score and score efficiently at SF.  6 good years left
Terry Teagle:  Another very good SG/SF.  2 of his best years to go
Sidney Moncrief:  Not a superstar but a very good role player.  3 good years left
Pat Cummings:  PF/C decent bench player with 2 good years left
 
The core of this team is still in its prime.
Terry Cummings is an MVP candidate every season and will be again this season.
27.9 usage% & 48.5 efg%.  SF/PF
Rolando Blackman is an above average scorer who really benefits from Cheeks at PG.
Will also play defense and is part of the leagues best backcourt tandem.
Maurice Cheeks is arguably the best PG in the league.  Amazing distributor 27.9 Ast%
D rating 70,  1.9 fl/48 & 47.9 efg%. His 1987-88 campaign was his best career year.
