Knocked two kids off my roster that I had recruited and signed that didn't progress the way I expected. Since my coaching rep has gone from spotless, to good, to okay. If I do it again, are they're permanent repercussions that will hurt my team/ recruiting/ prestige/ players WE, etc..?

Short answer is no.  Risk is that one of the players you do like might leave...small risk.

Long answer is...you weren't planning on apply for a new job anytime soon were you?

And I think it goes up one grade at a time. So if it's a B- now, it will be a B or B+ next season, and an A- the season after that. Not 100% on this, though.
