Rescinding a Scholly During Recruiting Topic

If you offer a potential recruit a scholarship during the recruiting process, then rescind it before the signing period, does the recruit automatically stop considering you? Even if you've put in considerable effort prior to rescinding (i.e. HVs and CVs)?

No, usually he will not stop considering you. If all you put in was a scholarship and a start, then I think he might stop considering.
