I need two new owners for the Original just4me Progressive entering the 2005 season.

Basic progressive rules except the 1st round of each draft is based on a wins per team payroll calculation.

Team One was very good last season with a 98-64 record. But the former owner has left the team with very little to work with and managed the team to a number 22 pick in the 1st round. Had a high payroll last season but only $48M for this season before the draft. 

Team Two was bad last season but at least it has some offensive talent. This team drafts 23rd in the 1st round.

Pledge to stay in the league for a few seasons and I'll send a free team credit.
