What if coach hiring is ignored? Topic

I'm not planning to do this, so this is strictly a hypothetical question from my point of view: what happens if a user doesn't bother to hire any coaches?  Does HBD auto-hire a bunch of bums, or do you just go without coaches?

Judging by the team I inherited in one league - where the owner ignored coaches - I can tell you that the results are disasterous.
