My lack of computer skills shows once again...

For some reason, I can still post messages (like this one), but it no longer is offering me the options that used to be above the text box - such as "Bold" and "Italicize", etc. etc. Where the heck did they go? I haven't changed anything on my computer that I know of. Any help out there?

It may be the brower - if you use IE click on the little piece of paper icon at the top to see if the compatibility with this website needs updating. If not, try cancelling all your cookies and then log on from the website URL. 

You can do the same things on Google Chrome but it doesn't have the piece of paper icon, and I forget how you do compatibility thing with GC.
