General question..why is there a set limit on the amount that can be increased/decreased? I have a team that had a good run and decided it was worth spending most of the budget towards major league contracts..the team had a good run and now I would like to rebuild. In order to get the budgets appropriated as I would like, it would take a minimum of three seasons to do so....then add additional seasons to reap the benefits of the change...I am better off just abandoning the team and let someone else start over at 10 per line item. Can anyone explain the logic behind the rule? Thank you

It also adds to the challenge of playing a dynasty game, planning for the future in balance with playing in the now.  When you reach the point where you see a rebuild on the horizon, you need to start to ratchet down slowly and over time than all at once.
