Value of the 3B coach Topic

I typically always spend close to the minimum for a 3B coach but I notice some owners place a lot of value on the role. Would appreciate insight on just how important the role is compared to the other ML coaching positions. I had always put the most emphasis on fielding, pitching, hitting and bench. Thanks.

Depends on what type of prospects you are trying to build. I am told that your prospects running improvements (base running, speed) depends on how good your first and third base coaches are. I always like good runners so I try to get better base coaches.
