1. $47m cap

2. rounds 1, 3 and 5, you draft for yourself. names, not seasons, like the ODL

3. in rounds 2, 4, and 6, you draft for someone else.

How this works: you pick a player in round 2. Every player drafted in round 2 will be divided based on the number of usage points that they can provide (i.e. depending on the season, Anthony Davis can give you 4 or 6 usage points, so if he's picked in Round 2, he goes on the 4 point list and the 6 point list.)

The players on each list will be written on pieces of paper and put into a hat, and I will draw a player from the hat based on the draft order. Not a snake draft. Worse teams from the previous season will go first in all rounds, and they will get first choice of the hat, which doesn't actually mean much if they don't get the player they need.

If I find that the player you receive couldn't possibly get you to 100% Usage with any season, I will put the player back in the hat and pick again.

4. in round 6, you pick two

5. you can fill out your roster with the remaining 5 picks

6. yes, it is entirely possible that your team turns out to be awful. That's the fun part. The good news is that you can draft versatile players for yourself, so that in any situation, you have what you need. You can also take a look at which players you would qualify for in each round, based on their usage, and plan accordingly.

Also, if you want, you can pick horrible players in Rounds 2, 4, and 6.....but then you might end up with horrible players. I guess that'll vary.
