I would like to see a bump on transfers who have left a school for lack of playing time, when they get Start and or extreme playing time at their new school.  A "happiness" bump so to speak!

Not an always thing, but something that will occur randomly.  And perhaps more often for a transfer that stays at the same level or higher, and not when they say go from a D1 program to a D2.
