He's go a very good chance to be a monster.  900 OPS guy in a neutral park and an above average SS (high range, cannon arm, fielding percentage will be average because of booting errors but they're less impactful than throwing errors).  He'll even steal 30 bases in 38 attempts... if his coaching and training are adequate he's a dominant player.
