Similar rules as other "old skool" league, just lower cap to facilitate a more even playing field for non traditional powerhouses. I will start if I get 10 interested.

There are not many ABA/Defunct players to choose from so if you choose to go ABA you can choose to combine 2 unrelated ABA franchises,
This doesn't provide an advantage, just making it doable for anyone who wants to take the aba/defunct plunge.
