LeBron James and Steph Curry are banned for season #3. $55 million salary cap. NO CLONES. No rookies. No waiver wire. I will do a random realignment and adjust if necessary if someone has two teams. This season we will draft two players between $3 and $4 million and two players under $1 million and one player from all other categories. The top category is between $9 million and $10 million.
