This is a single season progressive league currently about to start its 5th season (80-81).
We need two owners to take over teams as soon as possible
It is a well organized league with some great long term owners.

Team 1: Portland Trailblazers - Magic Johnson!
Magic Johnson: Do I even need to say anything? 12 seasons, 11 at superstar level
Tree Rollins: 15 seasons, 7 very good. Super defender, good rebounder and efficient
Calvin Natt: 8 seasons, 6 very good. Very good scorer, decent rebounder.
Reggie Theus: 11 seasons, all good. Great scorer and passer.
Junior Bridgeman: 7 seasons, 4-5 as a solid backup
John Johnson: 1 season, solid backup
Ricky Sobers: 6 seasons, all decent. Solid scorer and rebounder
Bob Elliot: 1 season, pretty good backup
Art Collins: 1 season, low minute backup

This team is primed both for the present and the future and I doubt you will find a better progressive team in the classifieds any time soon. Magic Johnson will be on this team for over a decade and it should compete for championships as long as he is there. Since the current owner did not finish his draft, there are three missing roster spots. You will have to use scrubs for these. Available scrubs are:

Norm Nixon: 7 seasons, all good. Solid scorer, great passer
James Silas: 2 seasons, both good. Solid scorer.
Johnny Davis: 6 seasons, all good. Solid scorer, good passer
Dennis Johnson: 10 seasons, all good. Decent scorer, good passer, great defender
Allan Bristow: 3 seasons, 2 good. Great rebounder and passer
Mickey Johnson: 6 seasons, all good. Good scorer, good rebounder, good passer
Cliff Robinson: 9 seasons, 8 good. Great scorer, great rebounder
Wayne Cooper: 12 seasons, 9 good. Decent scorer, great rebounder
Tom McMillen: 6 seasons, 5 good. Decent scorer, decent rebounder
Dave Robisch: 4 seasons, 1 good. Good rebounder and passer
Louis Orr: 7 seasons, all good. Good all around player

This team doesn't necessarily have one go to guy, but they are stacked depth wise, maybe the best in the league. It has been a championship contender the last few seasons, and should remain so for a while. Since the current owner did not finish his draft, there is one missing roster spot.
