Hey guys - I want to make a quick plug for the Vermont team I just left in Allen. We went 25-5 last year, RPI 40, and bring back all 12 players. The roster is in great shape, all you have to do is jump in and coach em up.

It's not just a bunch of seniors either - check out Lavin, Asmus, Riley. You've got a great core for the future. And when you do go recruiting after next season, you'll get double carryover including the 7K I had left from last year.

Vermont is actually in a pretty sweet spot given the close proximity to Canada. I never realized what a great pipeline that could be until I took that job. My best players have been Canadians who most of the big schools probably didn't make the effort to scout.
