I don't think so....but there is a list of what affects prestige in the Knowledge Base.

I checked, it seems it does not affect anything. CT win, Conference champion has an impact.

I think all awards are window dressing. The only exception to that might be the NPOY at D1 has a higher chance of getting drafted, which could in turn help prestige if the draft pick was high enough.
