I have a question. Let's suppose I play the zone defense. In my last game I go with the 2/3 zone. At 8 am, in planning for the following day, I decide to go with the 3/2 zone. Assume my next opponent game plans at 11 AM. Does my opponent, when he is game planning, see my defense as 2/3 or 3/2. The last game was 2/3 but my current setting is 3/2.

You are trying to get an edge... You hope he sees the wrong defense so he does not plan accordingly. I always thought the opponent saw the last zone you played in a game, even if you game plan before he does.

Not sure...that's why when I play zone teams I set both of them.

I'm pretty sure that they see it when you switch it. Like if somebody was playing M2M all season and decided the last game they wanted to press... as soon as they pressed submit in their team game planning tab, the other person could see that they switched to press in their own team game plan tab.

i have encountered zone teams who switch at like 2:03 to try to trick you, but its rare. certainly doable in this game though.

It is not much of a trick as you can set for both 2-3 and 3-2 :)

Thanks guys. I need to game plan as close to 2 PM as possible, although, like everyone said, you can plan for either one. I tend to save for all defenses though, and then plan for each game.
