Jubilee Career Progressive League is a unique league which every 7th season your franchise returns to its MLB roster. 1950 is the beginning of the next Jubilee https://www.whatifsports.com/forums/Posts.aspx?ForumID=785&TopicID=488863&page=-1&TopicsTimeframe=30#postBoxcycle thus a great time to join us. After the 1950 season drafts are held as other leagues but your draft position is determined by the finish of your MLB franchise in that season. The Philadelphia A's have a nice team now with great promis. Their long term future very bright to. The Cincinnati Reds are available due to a family tragedy.

note: we use 4 AAA pitchers and one each fielders (below average) until expansion in 60's where we vote again.
