Which Runs Created formula does WIS use? Topic

Does anyone know off the top of their head whether WIS uses the basic, stolen base, or technical version of the runs created formula. Yes, I know there is one more formula, but that one is such a pain to calculate, I'm sure that I haven't used that one.
