Guys, if my player has lost 43 pts in WE, is mad at me for not starting him, will he transfer automatically?

I hope he will cause he is a liability and I want him to transfer.

And what will it do to my reputation?

If he sent emails complaining about lack of starting/playing time then he's more likely to transfer but there's never a guarantee he will. If he leaves it'll definitely drop your rep but not sure how far. If your rep drops too much you won't be able to qualify for jobs at D1. The rep should recover in a couple seasons though.

I am at D1 Utah and plan to remain there a long time. So, just make him transfer, please, please, please.
