Smith opens up tomorrow and the work in progress CCIW Super Conference has 2 openings we'd love to get filled. We are about to begin season 3 of our rebuild and work towards turning the CCIW into a power conference, pretty much everyone had rebuilds and are still enduring rebuilds for this attempt. We have some great coaches and will look pretty strong once we get are own players and prestige up. Smith has no other power conference, maybe the S. Cal if you want to count them.
The 2 current schools are:
Illinois Wesleyan previously coached by bunkerbuster and C- prestige(highet we have is B) you will have 5 open scholarships and a structure of 4 juniors 3 sophomores and 5 freshmen(if you don't get juco's) running a motion press. Probably a PI team in 2 seasons. However you aren't supposed to be looking at this in hopes of an easy school to take over and win you need to look 4 seasons down the road when you have your own guys and everyone else has their own guys and we are the top conference in Smith. You'd be in the same division as: me, themonstars, bro_lunardi, skinndogg, and panda_song
Martin Luther previously coached by ledfoot C- prestige with 2 open scholarships 5-5-2 structure and Motion Press philosophy. The talent is better than IW, a lot of growth on this team averaged 54 as a team with a 93 and a 80 growth player, the worst human growth was 45. Looks like a PI or NT depending on coaching and a NT team in 2 seasons when they become seniors. That means your first big class(5) you recruit will most likely be B prestige. You get the chance to recruit away from everyone else being in Minnesota and once the conference in built, you will have the cash advantage over the Minny IAC coaches. Your division coaches are: khook19, hughesjr, jack_duck, scoopdogg1, and garmansouth.
Please look into taking those 2 teams, it's much better to get into the ground floor in something like this and rebuild while everyone else is!
