Dude goes through arbitration six (!) times only to get the minimum big league salary each time through. He gets cut this year, I sign him to minor league deal w/ invite for 55k. End up using him at big league level and for some reason he's only making 55k even though he's on my active roster. Not dying to pay him the extra 275k or so, but he should probably be making 327k right? Also I kind of assumed guys would go through arb more than three times if they never earned the requisite service to get to 5+ years, but not sure I'd seen it before ole Rene. Odd all around.

He went through arb 6 times because he had three years of MLB service time, but never got to six because he was kept on the 40-man roster in the minors. So that would explain that.

You signed him to a minor league contract with a ST invite. His salary should have been changed to a ML salary when he got promoted to the ML roster. That seems like a bug.
