I start searching recruits on a daily basis when I play City college of Ny. It'll take me 5 days and I purposley let it go to the last 5 games of the non conference schedule, I set my schedule two days earlier than when the rpi was finialized for nonconference.
I am contemplating scheduling home games or lower rpi schools than 150-280. What should I do? what range of rpi should I look for? For only two seniors which will be my first graduate class stint.
Also I want to change my recruting format to a winning format. If I am corect if I take less players each recruting period , do I change the format that way? I also don't want to see this season ever happen again.

What should I do with my recruting this season? I only need to spend it on 1 guy and that will fill all my guys sign under my name in the roster. It will probably average my stamina better than 77. Should I recruit the best recruit avalible? Or should I add more depth to my shooting gaurd position.


P.S I know recruiting is useless without Future star scouting.

I'd highly recommend rethinking how you schedule. You're playing a number of really good teams on that schedule--teams which quite frankly you have no business playing, especially at their court. 10-0 with a mediocre SOS will do you much better on the projection report than 2-8 with a top 25 SOS. It can be tough to foresee the strengths and weaknesses of human coached teams from season to season, so I'd highly recommend you stick to scheduling SIM AIs until you can field a competitive squad. Also, just a side note, never schedule a SIM at home. They should generally be easy wins and an away win is worth more than a home in the RPI formula. Look for SIMs with large junior/senior classes. They'll generally win alot of games, especially if they're in an empty conference. If you can capitalize on some wins against teams like that, it will help your RPI tremendously. I took advice from the second link already. That is how I set up my play distribution etc Thanks for the first link got some valuble infomation out of it.
