Totally screwed up a cycle at D1 and ended up taking two walk-ons for the first time ever (don't ask, but let's just say I got carried away in battles). They are awful, and I do not mean just a little bit. I do not want them on my roster and will still try to redshirt my other recruit and go with a nine man rotation.
My last game went OT and everybody had lots of minutes, and had one foul out, but three others had four fouls. Which leads me to ask if I have a player not on the depth chart, but on the bench, will the game put him in in a case of too many players fouling out?

yes, it will. i suspect if you have 6 guys foul out (forcing a walkon to come on), the walkon coming in will not be the straw that broke the camels back, so to speak - you are going to lose regardless. but yeah, it would definitely happen.

the walkon could probably come in earlier than 6 guys fouling out, too. in extreme fatigue cases, players can come in, but, its got to be pretty extreme - so it sort of depends where you are at in the game, if you have 4-5 guys foul out, if you might have a walkon show up.
