Any idea why a D3 recruit would reject home visits from me? I thought all recruits that show up on the D3 list were recruitable?

It can happen, but it's VERY rare. Try sending a letter or a ST with your HVs next cycle.

Just my luck. Getting rejected by the guys that are automatic for everyone else. Haha.

FYI, sending a few ST's with the HV's in the next cycle worked. He accepted them and is now considering me. Thanks darnoc.
