is there a list that shows where your attention points are or do you have to remember each recruit that you gave them to?

If you go to your recruiting home page you can click on the "Current Attention" tab which will show you how all of your currently assigned APs are allocated.

You can also open up an individual recruit profile and click on the "History" tab which will show you all the actions you've taken with that particular recruit.
