Recruiting is going on in CRUM, and I am trying to use the Scouting Service. Is it a BUG that I cannot use and I keep getting an error message? Or can you not scout during recruiting?

You might need to clear your cache or whatever. You definitely can scout all the way until the end of signings.

I was having trouble using it too, but when I started scouting states 3-4 at a time instead of 10 at a time, it worked fine. Not sure what was going wrong
