Recruiting Logic Question Topic

I just took over East Carolina in Smith. Sim had two scholarship offers on the table, and both have the whenever logic. Both also share being pretty awful to poor D1 players.

My first action this morning was withdrawing ALL AP's from them, and removing the Scholarship offer. The one recruit that is "VH" and considering East Carolina, is there any chance that he signs with East Carolina the same cycle my withdrawal processes? Does the recruiting logic have a sub routine in which it will verify offer still exists BEFORE he commits?

If you WIS programmers say I can still get stuck with him, WHY do we ever want to change jobs and try to takeover teams that you have programmed with "Sim" logic. Perhaps I am jumping the gun, but I feel the question is a real concern for people who change jobs.

Thank You in advance.

I don't think he would sign with you if you withdraw the scholarship. It would seem that scholarship withdrawals would be the same as offers, where they can sign in the same cycle you offer a scholarship. So, I think signings happen as soon as the other actions process.

I have taken over 5 teams in the second sessions (as I added teams). I rescinded scholarships on 3 of them at the start of the 2nd session. None of those guys signed with me.

That is a very limited number of samples .. but so far so good.
