Where did HD 3.0 end up on penalties for walk-ons? Does a coach who takes a walk-on still get full attention points/recruiting dollars for that slot next season?

There is no penalty (according to chapel and Benis' guide), but you can only have 3 walkons max.. The SIM will sign players for you to keep you if you have more than 3 .
