Never saw this before; guy had a 9-day injury and I placed him on the 15-day. Here's the results:

Not only did he recover everything he lost, but he gained points he hadn't lost in PWR, VsL, and DUR. At baseline he's a 26-year old DitR who was having slow gains in CON only, except for a Spring Training +1 in VsL and Eye.
Anyone else seen injury gains above baseline from the 15-day DL before?
