I just want to clarify my understanding. A projected Div I recruit being recruited by a Div III school will not go above moderate interest and therefore will not sign with the Div III school until the last cycle. Is this correct or did I not understand correctly? Thanks.

Last DAY of Session 2 -- 24 hour period. Otherwise, yes, you are correct that they will stay at moderate until that time.
