To everyone who worked on the 3.0 recruiting update guide. I've read it as much as possible and feel fairly confident about the process. From the viewpoint of a newb that information is priceless...anyone serious about sticking around (like I am) should take a long, long look at it.

I completely agree. It had to have been a pain in the *** to put together, but it's been incredibly valuable to me while learning the ropes of 3.0. Kudos to all the guys that put it together.

I agree wholeheartedly. I came back to HD, not knowing that 3.0 was coming after my first season back. At first, the recruiting in 3.0 looked overwhelming and I considered not staying in HD. But I read the recruiting guide a couple of times and stayed. After a couple of seasons, I enjoy recruiting even more than in 2.0. I am still learning but the guide was a tremendous help and without a doubt the reason I continue to play.

Agreed. Very thankful for that collection of info. Helped me out a great deal.
