How many seasons does it take to go neutral/good/very good? Tia

Currently in my 3rd season at Norflok and it is a "Bad" for me.

In my 4th season at two different schools, and both are neutral.
In my 10th season at a third school, and it's very good.

Good luck. Your Norfolk team is stacked. Your Daniels guy had 42 pts in one game... most I've ever seen. I had a guy once that went for 38 one game in D-3, and a guy this year also in D-3 got 37.

They should factor loyalty as part of an overall stability rating. If you've been promoted after 10+ seasons at one school, why would you be inherently less stable than someone who's been at a school for six years with a track record of moving around. Of course I'm biased right now being in that first situation.

If it were a stability ranking that would make complete sense, however it's a kid that says "I want my coach to have been at the school for an extended period of time" which is different...
