recruiting several D2 players... I need to rescind some scholarships but want to wait as long as possible in case the priority targets go awry.

when the second period starts, is there any time to rescind the scholarship? I am not sure if I need to rescind the scholarship before the first recruiting period ends....

I can't recall if recruits sign at the 8am bell when recruiting period 2 starts, or at 5pm when AP starts processing again?

You can rescind scholarships up until the very end of the 2nd session. Players won't sign until the 5pm cycle on the first day on the 2nd cycle

is there any time to rescind the scholarship? Yes, check world schedule for detail
or at 5pm when AP starts processing again? It starts at 5 pm when they process the first cycle all you can do is organize ap's.

I didn't word my question well upon re-reading it... I was actually talking about withdrawing scholarship offers to players I am recruiting before they can sign... so I see I have that first day until 5pm to withdraw offers (not that they will necessarily sign at 5pm, but they could sign then or any cycle after that depending on their preferences). thanks!

You can withdraw offers at any time before they sign. In my experience, they generally **** on your grave once you do that.
