I've even gotten guys with 25-29 WE and gotten guys maxed. WE will grow with playing time. Black the most you're looking at is 10, but WE won't hinder that if it is above 30.

Black is anywhere from 8-19 points. The work ethic just affects how quickly he will reach his max potential, not what the potential actually is capped at.
