Height & Weight Matter? Topic

Still pretty new to the game and recruiting. Do the height and weight numbers on the player profiles matter at all? Or, is it all ratings and potential that truly matter? In other words, with all else being the same, will a 7 ft Center perform better than a 6'6" Center?

It's just window dressing, it doesn't matter. It affects what kind of ratings a player will have though, like a 7'0 player is more likely to have a high Shot Blocking rating than a 6'9 player.

No it doesn't matter, it depends on core ratings and most coaches go after one's with high ceiling. High ceiling is the only true aspect of the game that is related to real life any shape of form.

It's still kind of a cool feature. Players can also grow while in school. I have not tracked weight, but I imagine that changes too. Usually if they do grow, their rebounding improves, I believe.
