BH vs P for a PG Topic

Despite having played 425 seasons of HD, I've always wondered (but never asked here) which was ultimately more important for a PG -- ball handling or passing -- especially when one is significantly higher/lower than the other?

Example: Assume you have two guards with the same athleticism and speed and IQ, one with 80BH/50P and the other with 50BH/80P. Which one is a better fit for PG?

And how much does your offense type affect that preference? For example, flex and triangle might favor the higher P, but is a much higher BH still preferable for a PG even in those offenses?

I am interested in this as well. I think it would depend more on the offense. Motion I would go with Pass and FB I would go with BH?

IMO
BH if he is a primary shooter
P is he is more of an assister

This is probably the best short answer that makes sense. However, I'm wondering if the turnover rate is the same for a player that has 75 in both passing and ball handling. This is assuming that the player passes and shoots at the same rate.

Also depends on offense, running flex right now it requires my team to be overall good at passing

I asked this question a long time ago and the overwhelming answer was passing. Mully's answer is pretty accurate.

I would take P over BH at the 1 in all offenses and all cases. BH will impact how much you want that guy to score, but if I'm analyzing potential recruits to play at the 1 or deciding who to put in that spot, passing is the #1 attribute I'll look at.
