A D- Human DI is on a stud (for DII anyway) at Very High. I, at DII A-, have both neutral preference and the recruits has a wants to play. The recruit signs early which is the key. The human just offered last cycle of the first session so the recruit didn't sign. During the first cycle of the second session, if I load 20 HVs, Cv, Start and 20 minutes on this guy, will he sign immediately, at 5 o'clock?
It depends. What do you think the D1 will do?

If you do enough to knock the D1 team down to moderate, he will sign with you immediately at 5pm. But, like zorzii says, it depends on what the D1 guy does. If he does nothing, I'd guess you will knock him down with that effort.
